"Our A/C went out late last night and temps got up to 80 degrees inside the house. I called after 8pm and they picked up immediately and offered to send someone out last night if necessary. I declined but they sent Felipe Puente out first thing this morning. He found the problem quickly and was able to get the system cooling less than an hour after showing up. We were only charged for the 2 parts he had to replace, the service call, and 1 hour of labor. Total cost was way less than we expected, and Felipe went above and beyond and even cleaned off our return duct grates while he was here. Service was outstanding from start to finish and we'll definitely call R&R first anytime we have an issue!"

On Monday May 05, 2019, the job crew: Travis Rollins, Jose Puente, Michael Garcia arrived ready to work with all needed materials; promptly began to disconnect the old unit and install the new unit. There had been a number of anomalies in the install of the original unit and the crew was able to trace and correct the faults of the old system.
